NJBIZ recognizes different categories of successful leaders through special awards programs. Out of these many programs, there is one that stands out above them all, which is the NJBIZ ICON award.
Since 2017, this award has recognized business leaders over the age of 60 who are pioneers that have paved the way for others and have made significant contributions to the state of New Jersey. These business leaders have shown substantial success and demonstrate leadership both in their industry and the surrounding community. They are the ones that give back to the community by volunteering and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Out of 41 honorees, HRCap’s founder and CEO, Andrew Sungsoo Kim, has been selected to receive the prestigious 2022 NJBIZ ICON award. Since 2017, when NJBIZ first presented this award, he is the first Korean American Executive to receive this recognition.
In response, Andrew Sungsoo Kim shares his sentiments:
