Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relation's Career Fair

Did you hear about the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relation's Career Fair held at the Livingstone Campus Student Center on February 4th? This one-day event brought together 40 leading companies from various industries and approximately 200 students and recent alumni seeking employment opportunities in human resources and labor relations. HRCap was proudly represented by its COO Richard Park and two seasoned recruiters Sunghyun Lee and Albert Yoon. We networked with students and offered information on career options and job opportunities. We found that most undergraduates were eagerly looking for summer internships and learned that they use LinkedIn as their primary or secondary tool for networking and finding career opportunities.
