Honored Top 120 in the State of New Jersey, and Ranked #17 in Small Businesses Category

HRCap, the largest Korean-American Executive Search & HR Consulting Firm in the U.S., became the first Korean-American company to be honored as one of NJBIZ “2021 Best Places to Work in NJ.”
NJBIZ Best Places to Work honorees are evaluated by the Best Places to Work survey from the BridgeTower Media firm Best Companies Group, which confidentially collects survey data from a 2 part assessment survey: 1) Employer Benefits and Policy Questionnaire, and 2) Employee Feedback. Employers were evaluated on corporate history, demographics, HR policies, and response to the COVID pandemic; Employees provided feedback on work satisfaction, office culture, corporate values, training & development, digital assets, career growth potential, comp & benefits, and leadership.
The Top 120 NJBIZ Best Places to Work honorees spanned across 3 categories based on the number of employees, with 36 Small (15–49 employees), 42 Medium (50-249 employees), and 42 Big (250+ employees) businesses. In its first year of participation, HRCap was ranked #17 out of the Top 36 Small Businesses, and was evaluated highly on workplace satisfaction and employee experience, given our client service excellence, industry expertise, and timely response to the COVID pandemic.
On September 9, 2021, NJBIZ held the annual Best Places to Work in NJ Awards at The Event Center @ iPlay America to recognize and reveal the Top 120 rankings. Over 400 representatives attended the celebration event to represent their respective companies: New York Life NJ, AAA Northeast, Sharp USA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Brother International, Holy Name Medical Center, Slalom Consulting.
The host of the event, Ken Kiczales (Publisher of NJBIZ), introduced and presented HRCap at rank #17 of Small Businesses, highlighting that “HRCap partners with their clients to localize and globalize with strategic investment in critical top talent.
