We've launched a new and trendy website!
We are pleased to announce the launching of our new website. The all-new HRCap.com is live and ready for the world to visit and interact. We have completely redesigned our layout keeping simplicity, ease of use, and accessibility in mind. Our goal with this new website is to provide our clients, candidates, and visitor an easier way to learn about HRCap's services and solutions, and also to allow them to browse information based on their own preferences. The new website is interactive and intuitive to access information on Who We Are, What We Do, Connect, Career Guidance, HRCap Model & Research and more. Our current and prospective clients will find useful information about our services. Among the new features, the website contains integrated social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to foster online communication with our clients and candidates. We will continue to update and expand contents with helpful information, articles, newsletters, and company announcements.
Workshop between NIPA and KSEA organized by HRCap
Key members from The National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA); a professional government agency affiliated with the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning of the Republic of Korea (MSIP) and Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA) held a workshop meeting on January 10, 2015 at the HRCap headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. NIPA was represented by Mr. Sang-Jun Kim, Director of HRD team, and Ms. Sun-Mee Shin, Manager of HRD team, and KSEA was represented by Dr. K. Stephen Suh, President of KSEA NY Metro Chapter along with, 8 distinguished Information and Communications Technology (ICT) experts and professionals. Mr. Andrew Sungsoo Kim, President and CEO and 4 other executives from HRCap also joined the meeting. Many ideas and issues were discussed, including the direction of the future development and how to cope with the paradigm shift in the ICT in the U.S. In addition, the participants examined possible ways to support the growth of tech start-ups and small to medium-sized enterprises in Korea. In particular, they discussed how to attract highly skilled ICT professionals in the US to ensure continued development and expansion of the ICT industry in Korea. At the end of the meeting, all participants concurred that there are many initiatives both organizations can collaborate to render mutual benefits, and the key members from the organizations agreed to follow up in the near future with assistance from HRCap.
