In 2000, I founded HRCap, Inc. with a vision to contribute to the growth of the labor market by becoming one of most successful and globally recognized executive search firms in USA. Since the beginning, our consultants have built a strong and diverse portfolio of candidates and long-term, sustained relationships with our clients.
Our corporate mission has been three-fold: driving strategic value for our candidates, our clients, and industries. For our candidates, we provide counseling and opportunities for career advancement and transitions. For our clients, we supply the right talent for crucial roles that will drive significant business growth and meaningful organizational development. For industries, we enable proper arrangements for future growth, contribute to the expansion of the labor market, and provide meaningful insights from the forefront of the HR industry.
With our dedication and energy, HRCap has helped transform ideas, resources and people into valuable inventions, productions and leaders. We align the unique talent with the right organization in the ideal environment. Our success has led to an expansion of services across all industries. We pride ourselves on being a dynamic learning organization, as we constantly develop our talent and upgrade our systems to serve as change agents for our clients and candidates. Lastly, we have instilled trust in all our parties by uncovering growth potentials and establishing meaningful relationships. As we work together with our clients and candidates, we will seek to globalize the workforce for a better tomorrow.
I am pleased to see the contributions that HRCap has made to society thus far, and will strive to make HRCap the principal executive search firm in the world.
