FAQ

Do I need to contact HRCap for position I applied? Or HRCap Contacts me?
You do not need to contact HRCap for any position that you applied for. If your credentials match what our clients are seeking, you will receive either an e-mail or a call from one of our associates.
I have a visa issue. Do I get sponsorship from clients?
Not every client provides sponsorship. Some companies offer sponsorship to qualified candidates but it varies from company to company.
How long does it take to find a job placement?
Every candidate and their current circumstances differ, so the time frame varies from candidate to candidate. Our associates are working every day to find the job most suited for you, and to help you land that job as quickly as possible.
Will you help me prepare for interviews?
Yes, we will brief you thoroughly prior to any interviews. At HRCap we give you as much information regarding the company, the position, and the responsibilities of the position to put you in a position to succeed. We will also provide general tips and techniques to help you impress the client.
What if I don’t like the sound of a job when I’ve had an interview?
There is no pressure for you to accept any job that may be offered to you. An interview is a two way process giving both the candidate and the client an opportunity to find the right person for the right position. We will contact you following the interview to see how it went and give you feedback from the client. If you decide a position isn’t right for you, or you have any queries or concerns, then we can advise on the most appropriate course of action. Our goal is to put you in a position where you are most likely to succeed.
